Managing Datasets

Datasets can be edited such that new files can be added, old ones deleted, or existing datasets from other projects can also be attached.

To manage or make changes to your dataset, through your dashboard, click on the settings options from the taskbar> Selecting Dataset option on the left

<aside> 💡 Note that you cannot add a different data type. For E.g. If the dataset you want to add files to has an image data type selected, then only images can be added to it

Individual files can’t be deleted from a project, but an entire dataset can be unlinked. To do this, click the ‘Unlink’ option (highlighted in red).

Please use caution when unlinking a dataset from an active project, as any annotations in progress could be lost.

Dataset Viewing and Child Datasets

Against every dataset there would be ‘View Dataset’ option. To view any dataset, simply click on the two dots on the right against it and from the pop up menu, click the ‘View Dataset’ option.
