The file page view is different for different users depending on their access and permission level. The Basic view displays the file name, file link, the user assigned, update and create dates, and status. The columns on display can also be changed as per the need.

If someone is also a reviewer or the client, then certain additional features are visible such as the editing tool and field graphs

Change View

The columns on display can also be edited as per the requirements by clicking on the Visible Columns option and selecting the columns from the drop-down box.
